Our relationship with our stylist is an important one.

The “I woke up like this” look is no longer working. Your hair is so stiff from the amount of dry shampoo and your color has grown so far out you’re rocking a ‘wrongbre.’ You frantically scroll through Pinterest—you pin Rachel’s iconic Friend’s layers, Khloe Kardashian’s blunt bob, and a few long mermaid braids from Instagram to your hair inspiration board. You talk yourself into all of these options.

“I can totally pull off Rachel’s layers! The 90’s are so in.”

“Summer is around the corner and a bob is low maintenance, right?”

“I’ll never have long hair but mermaid hair is magical.”

Then, with anxious but hopeful expectations, you visit your local salon. The stylist glances at your well thought out Pins and before you’re finished sharing, she gets to business chopping off your locks. You’re nervous, sweating and regretting not putting that same amount of time into researching the salon and stylist. You leave, far from the walking shampoo commercial you envisioned. You are unsatisfied and feeling worse than you did with the bun on top of your head that didn’t move–and this cycle continues.

Hi! I’m Nadia! I invite my clients to come undone and unload their hair challenges. I will listen and explore your beauty ideas, while also encouraging you to express yourself. I genuinely care about your experience and want you to feel like the best version of yourself–to love the skin you’re in!

I was born and raised in Raleigh and, while studying at NCSU, became a receptionist for a local salon. There, I found my passion and creative outlet and decided to continue my education in cosmetology. After working in the industry for 19 years, I have finally made my hair dreams come true and opened Rebel Undone.

Rebel Undone is a full-service beauty salon and parlor dedicated to the girl on-the-go that deserves an insta-worthy transformation that she can manage after her appointment.
